First, you need to have a google adwords account.  Be sure to check out my mini tutorial How to set up a Google Adwords Account if you do not have one.

instead of just SEO.  When you are looking through your search results, you will want to take note of terms or phrases that have a high search results and low competition.  I make a list of several terms and use them as tags for my post and my image. Here is a quick tutorial on how to install the Yoast plug in:

I start each post by scrolling down to the plug in  template and entering the information that I can in the SEO preview. This way you can use SEO to maximize your post. blog, blogger, business development, entrepreneur, mom blog, popular blogs

Be sure to include the same key word in your photo name and tags.  Don’t forget recycle your meta description as your Pinterest pin description. You can see how the layers start to build on themselves.  Once you have a selected Category, written articles using the same keywords or longtail keywords, used the same tags for your post and image, and the same meta description for your post and pin, your authority starts to build over time and Google will start to take notice.  With consistency, your posts will start to move up in Google rank.

These are just two key tips to help you understand how to use SEO to maximize your post and become BFF with Google.
